Tuff-Kote uses a white, silicone based product that rolls on the length of the roof you want it put on.
It will seal and prevent leaks, help protect the roof and help lower the temperature up to 45 degrees. It will make your trailer feel like it’s sitting in the shade. Even on the hottest days your air conditioner won’t have to work as hard and you and your animals will travel and sleep more comfortably. This is also a great alternative to fixing a hailed out roof and to prevent future damage. We can apply the roof coating to a variety of trailers such as:

Why silicone?
• Won't get chalky and degrade or break down
• Resists ponding water
• Reflects almost 90% of the UV rays back into the atmosphere which will keep your trailer cooler
•At the end of the warranty we can renew the warranty by adding a thin layer of coating to the existing coating and be good to go

Why not acrylic roof coatings?
•They have longer cure times compared to silicone being cured in about 24 hours
• Higher risk of wash off
• Multiple coats needed compared to only needing one with the silicone coating in most cases
• Acrylic coatings need to have the roof be fully reinforced compared to the silicone coating can go over most existing roofs and still seal them properly
• Acrylic coatings are limited in their benefits and do not compare to the silicone based roof coatings. Using a silicone based product will save you time and money
